Check whether a rental is registered

Who this is for: anyone — a neighbour, a guest, a landlord checking their own address. No sign-in, no account, and we do not ask who you are. What it tells you: whether the city holds a short-term-rental permit for that address, its permit number, and how many complaints are on file. What it will not tell you: anything about the people involved, and nothing about who reported what.

Type at least two characters of an address — for example a street name on its own. Nothing you type is stored and nothing is asked about you.

Nothing here? That is worth knowing too. An address with no permit on file may simply not be a rental — or it may be one that never registered. You can report a concern anonymously; your report becomes a dated record on that address and goes to the city's queue. We never ask who you are.
