A county records archive: rows of bound ledgers under skylights, one lamp lit
The Tool Shop · public preview

You are expected to write the requirements before you have ever seen the software. That is backwards, and it is how bad procurements start.

This is the shelf, in plain sight: what exists, what is early, and what is only a plan. You can read every one of them without an account, and you can talk to the person who built them without going through a vendor-relations queue.
What the working system does
  • Local government — short-term rental registration and enforcement, business-tax certificates, and the special-district clerk's kit (agenda clock, minutes, public-records requests).
  • State government — professional and occupational licensing with multi-standing, dated history and a public verification lookup.
  • Across agencies — scoped, revocable channels so two sovereigns can work one record without either giving up ownership of it.
  • Programme management — the same records run as a real project: milestones, risks, decisions and the people who own them.
  • Federal — designed, not built. Said plainly rather than drawn as a filled box on a slide.

The console itself is behind a sign-in — and here is why, plainly

The demonstrations that WRITE to records — running a licence-type conversion, changing a standing — need a signed-in account, because a stranger able to mutate a shared demo is a stranger able to ruin the next evaluator's visit. Everything read-only is public.

● Where this is early — said out loud
Federal-facing systems and CRM are early or unbuilt. The Challenge Demo is on the marketing plan and not yet built. Nothing on this shelf is claimed to have a government customer in production — it does not, and you should ask us about that directly.
Counts and pages on this site are generated from the working records at the moment you load them — this one at 2026-10-18 23:53 UTC.
How we sell it
How we sell it. Engagement Squared is offered to government as a commercial item — commercial computer software under FAR Part 12, on our standard commercial license terms. We do not sell it as custom development, and we do not grant Government Purpose or Unlimited Rights in the software, its schema or its technical data. Development was funded at private expense.
And, second: where AI fits
Everything above is ordinary, traditional software doing ordinary government work: registers, permits, standings, dates, queues, public lookups. None of it needs AI, and none of it stops working when the AI is switched off. Where AI is offered it is optional, it is bring-your-own-key, and it never writes to a record without a person approving the change. For the record: no AI invented this data model — Alex Glaros did, at a drafting table, over years.
