A small firm's back office at night, one desk lamp and a spreadsheet glow
Marketplace · public preview

Every vendor's product page says everything is available. Here is the same list with the unfinished parts left in.

A catalogue you can read without an account, in which each item says whether it is live, early, or only a plan. There is no checkout: at this size you talk to one of the two people who built it, and that is on purpose.
What the working system does
  • Project management — live. Projects, milestones, risks, decisions, requirements, SWOT, importance and the people who own each.
  • Business licensing — live on demonstration records. Certificates, categories, renewals, public lookup.
  • Short-term rental compliance — live on demonstration records. Register, complaints, remittances, public scorecard.
  • Document signing (esSign) — live for members.
  • Service desk and CRM — early. Working, but not something we would ask you to run a business on this month.
  • The Challenge Demo — on the marketing plan, not built. It is in this list precisely so it is not quietly counted as a feature.

The console itself is behind a sign-in — and here is why, plainly

The signed-in marketplace shows what YOUR organisation already has switched on and what it is paying for — account-specific, so it needs an account. The catalogue itself, above, does not.

● Where this is early — said out loud
There is no self-service checkout and no pricing page yet; pricing is a conversation because the product is early enough that we would rather scope it with you. We are a two-person firm and have said so on every page.
Counts and pages on this site are generated from the working records at the moment you load them — this one at 2026-10-18 23:58 UTC.
And, second: where AI fits
Everything above is ordinary, traditional software doing ordinary government work: registers, permits, standings, dates, queues, public lookups. None of it needs AI, and none of it stops working when the AI is switched off. Where AI is offered it is optional, it is bring-your-own-key, and it never writes to a record without a person approving the change. For the record: no AI invented this data model — Alex Glaros did, at a drafting table, over years.
