No account needed to read any of it. Nothing on this site is gated to get your email address.
One person, one company, one contract is one record — and the project plan, the licence, the invoice trail and the staff roster all read it instead of keeping their own version. Somebody changes a name once. Everything downstream already knows.
Live — the results pack is published

The Challenge Demo — take our results to your own AI

We publish one genuinely awkward case out of the working records — a short-term rental whose permit stands in two states at the same time, with a complaint trail, an open enforcement step and a tax question — carried end to end. Then we hand you the prompt and invite you to make your own AI reproduce it.
What is honest about this box: the static pack is live, generated from live records the moment you open it, with an as-of stamp and a plain statement that the city in it is fictional demonstration data. The interactive version — a widget on this page that calls a model for you — is not built, and it stays on the plan until it can arrive with a rate limit, a per-day cap and its own budget line. We will not run an open AI spend endpoint for anonymous visitors.

Who built this, and what is actually running
Alex Glaros
Alex Glaros
Founder & architect — he answers the mail himself
Alex designed and built every system on this site. He invented esUDM, the record layer underneath them (patent pending), and published the Enterprise Focused Development methodology in the peer-reviewed Journal of Enterprise Architecture. His son Andrew Glaros (MS Civil Engineering, UC Berkeley) is his partner in the firm.
● Live right now — real records, counted this second
Short-term rental permits on the register: 0
Neighbour complaints logged against properties: 0
Professional licences under management: 0
Business-tax certificates on file: 0
The firm runs its own operations on this suite — customer #0
Generated 2026-10-18 23:03 UTC from the working records themselves — not a screenshot, not a monthly report. Reload and the numbers move when the work moves.
● Honestly under construction
The Challenge Demo — on the plan, not built.
CRM — early, behind sign-in.
Marketplace checkout — not built; today you talk to a human.
We are a two-person firm and this is an early product. We would rather you knew that now than after a purchase order.
And, second: where AI fits
Everything above is ordinary, traditional software doing ordinary government work: registers, permits, standings, dates, queues, public lookups. None of it needs AI, and none of it stops working when the AI is switched off. Where AI is offered it is optional, it is bring-your-own-key, and it never writes to a record without a person approving the change. For the record: no AI invented this data model — Alex Glaros did, at a drafting table, over years.
