A small firm's back office at night, one desk lamp and a spreadsheet glow
Project management · public preview

Your project tool and your customer records have never met, so somebody re-types the customer into the plan and the plan into the invoice.

One record layer under both. The client in the project plan is the client in the licence file is the client on the contact list — one row, renamed once, known everywhere. The plan stops being a parallel universe maintained by hand.
What the working system does
  • Projects, milestones, risks, decisions, requirements and SWOT as real dated records with named owners and full history.
  • Importance on three independent scales — priority, value and impact — because “how urgent” and “how much it matters” are not the same question.
  • A throwaway to-do brief rebuilt from the live plan every time you open it. Print it, work it, bin it.
  • The same people, roles and organisations as the rest of your records — no separate project directory to keep in step.
  • We run the firm on it. This product is our own daily tool, which is the only product endorsement we are willing to make.

The console itself is behind a sign-in — and here is why, plainly

Your project workspace holds your organisation's risks, decisions and staff assignments. It opens for your members, and for nobody else.

● Where this is early — said out loud
Resource levelling, time tracking, cost baselining and invoicing are not built. The Challenge Demo is on the marketing plan and not yet built.
Counts and pages on this site are generated from the working records at the moment you load them — this one at 2026-10-18 23:58 UTC.
And, second: where AI fits
Everything above is ordinary, traditional software doing ordinary government work: registers, permits, standings, dates, queues, public lookups. None of it needs AI, and none of it stops working when the AI is switched off. Where AI is offered it is optional, it is bring-your-own-key, and it never writes to a record without a person approving the change. For the record: no AI invented this data model — Alex Glaros did, at a drafting table, over years.
